I am Romain Raynal, a composer, producer, and sound designer based in Sigean, Aude, France. I studied at the conservatory and worked as a freelance musician for nearly 15 years. In 2017, I completed a mixing course at the CFSM Center in Lyon before founding my studio. In 2021, I earned a certification in film scoring from Studio Cap' in Paris and became Wwise Certified, while also acquiring proficiency in FMOD.

Since 2023, I have contributed to titles such as The Green Room Experiment, Just a Guy, and Transhumance (Ukiyo). In 2024, I worked on the mobile game Need For Touring and the musical shooter LavaLoop. Recently, I worked as a Voice Designer on a cultural VR project and composed diegetic music for fictional media inserts on an unannounced AA title (Arcades Sound). My latest ongoing project is Maestro (Arcades Sound, Double Jack), where I work as a sound designer and mix engineer. I also contributed as an additional sound designer on Aphelion (Don't Nod) and Solasta II (Tactical Adventures) in collaboration with Arcades Sound.

I also share my technical expertise through an upcoming Audiokinetic blog post and an FMOD and Unreal Engine audio course I authored for Slope.
